Glossybox Review - February 2015

Glossybox is a monthly beauty subscription service. Their box will consists of 4-5 full size or sample of selected hair, make-up, body and nail products from well-known brands. 

This month's Glossybox is following a Valentine theme, I really love the design on the box. It's so pretty and all products are nicely wrapped in a wrapping paper with red ribbon. 

Products that I received are all full-sized from Wilkinson Sword, MARSK, Royal Apothic, So Susan, B. Cosmetics and lastly, a special candy treat from LOVE HEARTS.

Total value of this month's box are worth a whopping value of £51.47 while the price of the box is only £10.00 Plus £3.25 P&P.

With a water-activated bar of Moisturising Serum infused with marine extracts and shea butter, this razor hydrates skin for up to 2 hours after shaving. Unique skin guards help protect your skin from irritation whilst 5 curve 5 curve sensing blades give you incredible closeness.

I love Wilkinson Sword and also owns one of it already in my bathroom. It is much more convenient to shave than to use a cream like Veets in my opinion. I can't recommend this brand much!

MARSK Mineral Eyeshadow in Fifty Shades - Full Size £14.49 here

MARSK Mineral Eyeshadows are 100% natural, mineral based loose powder that are strictly cruelty free and available in a range of striking shades that offer endless colour possibilities for a professional makeup effect. They are highly pigmented powders with creamy texture for easy blend and offer you the ability to create intensity around the eye.

I have never tried MARSK products before and this particular colour palette is inspired by the popular film, Fifty Shades of Grey. You can apply using a wet brush for a deeper, more intense shade. 

This product would be a miss for me as I personally don't use grey/black for my eyeshadows.

Royal Apothic Coral Tintie - Full Size £9.00 here

Royal Apothic is a brand in Los Angeles inspired by an old apothecary manual. The brand has quickly become one of the fastest growing beauty and fragrance brands in the US. With a dedicated cult of fans, the fragrances and products have become must-haves for the sophisticate wanting quality products in beautiful packaging.

I really like the design of this pretty pot and the colour that I received is in coral tint with botanic extracts which moisturizes the lips. It contain shea butter, grape seed oil, Argan oil and Sweet almond oil which assures to nourish lips.

So Susan is a brand which is known to have the prettiest quirky packaging and deinitely a brand which stands out. Their collection of products ranges from make-up to nail varnish combining their lovely portfolio of colours with science. 

They also do their own subscription beauty box call Lip Love Subscription which includes full size make-up products that are lip-based.

Their range of Rose Quartet is uniquely formulated with Rose Complex-5 which is a powerful blend of 5 flower extract (Damask Rose, Cabbage Rose, Evening Primrose, Rose Geranium & Rosehip) that diminishes signs of aging by encouraging the repair and replenishment of skin tissue.

This Lip & Cheek Palette is richly-pigmented, hydrating pomade that delivers 12 hours of continuous wear without dryness, creasing or smudging. It contains no mineral oils, Phthalates, Sulfates and fragrance-free.

I heard of So Susan before but never get the chance to try out their product. The box itself feels cheap and plastic which I am not really impress. However, I would like to give this product a try.

B. Cosmetics Defined Brow Kit (Dark) - Full Size £9.99 here

B.Defined is a brand that is part of Superdrug's 'B' Range. This brow kit includes a highlighter to enchance the brow arch, brow wax to make brows beefier and a brow setting gel for a pro-finish. You can also mix both shades on the back on your hand for a custom blended match

The shade that I received is in Dark and I never used powder on my eyebrows before. I've tried using this yesterday and I quite like how it turns out very naturally compare to using a pencil form. However, I recommend to use pencil first to define the edges before filling in the gel. 

Last but not least, Glossybox also included a cute little candy in the box. How Sweet!!
