30 things to start doing yourself

Not everyone is gonna help lift you up every single time when you're feeling down or helpless. You  are responsible on your own happiness. Always remember that today marks the start of a brave new future. Start at your own pace, and love your own imperfections.

Here I'll share 30 things to start doing it yourself :

1.  Start spending time with the right people

  • Surround yourself with positive people who makes you smile, loves you and understands you. Push away the negative.


2.  Start facing your problems head on

  • Do what you can when you can and react them in a positive way.


3.  Start being honest with yourself about everything

  • Be honest with what's right, what you want to achieve and what you want to become.

  • Your needs matter.
