Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser Review

Are you using your cleanser when your skin feels tight after washing? Well, that is a sign of your skin stripping off all its water, hence causing your skin to be dry.

Today I will be reviewing my favourite cleanser that I have been using for 2 years and still counting. I have the biggest bottle of the cleanser (473ml) and a smaller size (118ml) for when I'm travelling.

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is a mild, non-irritating formulation that soothes skin as it cleans. Designed specifically to work for all skin types, it is a simple, yet highly effective way to care for your skin. This cleanser is their best seller of all time!

They claims to:

• Soothing, non-irritating cleanser. Ideal for face, hands and body
• Helps skin retain needed moisture
• Rinses easily and leaves skin feeling soft, smooth and healthy
• Mild enough to cleanse a baby's delicate skin
• Non-comedogenic/ Fragrance Free

Texture of this cleanser is transparent once you massage in to your skin. You can use this cleanser with or without water (by using soft cloth to remove the excess), I'd recommend to wash it off with water.

In the past, I have been using cleanser that tightens my skin every time for about 3 years in the past without realizing that a good cleanser should not make your skin tight. Until I discover this great cleanser, my face slowly goes back to normal. This cleanser basically does what it says on the bottle. I use this cleanser twice a day.

Every time i wash my face with this gentle cleanser, my skin feels clean, soft and smooth. This cleanser never breaks me out, my acne prone skin started to get better after using this cleanse. I even recommend them to my boyfriend to use and he loves it! His skin improves a lot after using the cleanser every day.

The only downside of this cleanser is that, it will not remove your makeup at all. So you might need to use makeup remover first, and follow up with this gentle cleanser after.
